Maryland Route 350 is a state highway in Wicomico County, Maryland. Also known as Mount Hermon Road, the route runs from the end of state maintenance in Salisbury, where Mount Hermon Road continues west as an unnumbered road to U.S. Route 50 Business, east to Maryland Route 354 in Powellville. East of Salisbury, Maryland Route 350 crosses the U.S. Route 13 Salisbury Bypass, but there is no interchange. Maryland Route 350 passes near the Wicomico Regional Airport to the east of Salisbury.
