Maryland Route 342 is a road in Cecil County, Maryland running almost 3 miles from Chesapeake City south to an intersection with Maryland Route 310.

The road heads mainly south and a little east from its northern end at George Street in Chesapeake City (Maryland Route 537), with a jog to the east before heading a bit west of south for the last mile or so. The road is called St. Augustine Road for its length, and the intersection at its southern end is called St. Augustine.
