Maryland Route 327 is a road in Perryville in Cecil County, Maryland.

Maryland 327 starts heading south from Principio Furnace Road (Maryland 7) as Firestone Road. It continues in a winding fashion to the entrance to Perry Point State Park. The entire road is less than half a mile in length.
