Maryland Route 298 is a state highway in Kent County, Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 20 in Fairlee east to Maryland Route 291 near Chesterville. The route heads noerheast from Maryland Route 20 on Fairlee Road. In Hanesville, the road changes it name to Lambs Meadow Road. The route then continues to Kennedyville, where it intersects Maryland Route 213. Maryland Route 298 then continues south and follows Browntown Road and Cherry Lane to Maryland Route 291.
