Mary K. Trigg

Mary K. Trigg is the Associate Director of the Center for Women and Work at Rutgers University. She is also the Director of the Leadership Scholars Certificate Program, a curricular leadership development program for undergraduate women, sponsored by the Institute for Women's Leadership (alongside Director Mary S. Hartman) and the Department of Women's and Gender Studies at Rutgers University.[1] Dr. Mary Trigg co-founded four additional leadership programs at Rutgers University, including the IWL High School Leadership Certificate Program.[2]

Dr. Mary Trigg's research interests include family and work, the history of American feminism, women's education and leadership development, and women's community organizations. Dr. Trigg has published articles in American National Biography, Liberal Education, the Journal of Women’s History, Initiatives, Community, Work & Family, Transformations, among others.[3]
