Mary Elise Hayden (born April 18, 1985), is an American actress born in West Palm Beach, FL. Hayden is a 2003 graduate of the Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr., School of the Arts, and a former student of the New York Film Academy.

Hayden has made several appearances in music videos, independent films, and major theatrical releases. Her film KATHY T (lead) won Audience Choice Award for Best Feature Film at the Palm Beach International Film Festival, April 26, 2007.

Hayden was born April 18, 1985 in West Palm Beach, FL. Her mother was a college professor; her father is a banker. Hayden studied at the Young Actors Theater in Tallahassee, FL for seven years and attended the Palm Beach County Middle School of the Arts, where she majored in voice and theater.

She was accepted into the Alexander Dreyfoos School of the Arts in theatre at West Palm Beach, FL, graduating in 2003. She then attended the New York Film Academy in Film Production before moving to Los Angeles.
