Mary Catherine Bateson

Mary Catherine Bateson (born 1939) is a United States writer and cultural anthropologist.
She is the daughter of Margaret Mead and Gregory Bateson. Since 1960, she has been married to Barkev Kassarjian, a professor of business management at Babson College. They have one daughter, Sevanne Margaret (born 1969).
Mary Catherine Bateson is a fellow of the International Leadership Forum and president of the Institute for Intercultural Studies in New York.
