Because of the band's name, Mary Raquenel Portillo would later become known as "Mary Boquitas".

Karina Yapor's family, one of the girls there, accused them of those charges. They were extradited to Mexico where the legal process began and in 2004 Portillo (Mary Boquitas) was released as INOCENT because there was no proof and nothing against her and all became a huge injustice to her and her family.
