Marvin Chirelstein is a law professor who has been teaching at Columbia Law School for nearly 30 years. He teaches a contracts course to 1Ls as well as tax and corporate finance courses. Prior to teaching at Columbia Professor Chirelstein taught for over 15 years at Yale Law School. A graduate of UC Berkeley (B.A. 1950) and the University of Chicago (J.D. 1953), he has authored several course books on law.
