Prof. Marusya Luybcheva (Bulgarian: Маруся Любчева; born on 20 July 1949 in Mitrovci, Montana district) is a Bulgarian politician and a Member of the European Parliament from the Party of European Socialists.
She sits on the European Parliament's Committee on International Trade, and its Committee on Budgetary Control.
She is a substitute for the Committee on Budgets and for the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality. Prof. Lyubcheva is a member of the Delegation to the EU-Kazakhstan, EU-Kyrgyzstan and EU-Uzbekistan Parliamentary Cooperation Committees, and for relations with Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Mongolia. She is also a substitute member of the Delegation to the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
