Maruan Soto Antaki

Maruán Soto Antaki is a Mexican film director.
Antaki was born in Mexico City, México, on December 21, 1976. He studied film making at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematogáfica (Cinematographic Training Centre, or CCC), in Mexico City. He lives in Mexico City where he directs and produces films through his own production company.

Maruán Soto Antaki is the son of Mexican writer Ikram Antaki, and great-grandson of the last Governor of Antioch, who is recognized for saving the life of thousands of Armenians during the 1915 Armenian Genocide at the beginning of 20th century.[citation needed]
