Martin Tod

Martin Tod (born 22 August 1964) is the prospective Liberal Democrat candidate for the Winchester Constituency.
The Constituency is currently held by the Liberal Democrat MP Mark Oaten, who is standing down from Parliament at the next election. The current Liberal Democrat majority in the constituency is 7,476 (12%). The next General Election will be fought on new boundaries for the constituency.
