Martin Stocklasa (born May 29, 1979 in Grabs, Switzerland) is a Liechtenstein international footballer who plays as a defender. His brother, Michael, also plays for Liechtenstein.
Martin is currently a free agent, having recenrlt left German third-division side Dynamo Dresden in the Regionalliga Nord, having joined them from Liechtenstein's FC Vaduz in the summer of 2006. He started his senior career at FC Vaduz in 1997 and moved to Swiss side FC Zürich in the summer of 1999. He went on to spend the entire 2000-01 season on loan to SC Kriens, another Swiss club, and returned to FC Zürich for one season before eventually returning to his first club, FC Vaduz, in the summer of 2002 and spending four seasons there before moving to Dresden. Martin has been linked with a move to English club Leeds United.

He has been capped 75 times by his country, scoring five goals. He made his international debut for Liechtenstein in their 5-0 defeat to the Republic of Ireland in a 1998 FIFA World Cup qualifier on 31 August 1996.He wears the No.6 shirt for his national team.
