Martin Percy

Martin Percy is a noted director of interactive video. Since 2004, he has created interactive video pieces for the Tate Gallery, British Film Institute and National Theatre, working with people including Sir Ian McKellen, Julie Walters, Tracey Emin, Anthony Gormley, Rachel Whiteread, Jonathan Ross, Paul Merton and Malcolm McDowell. Martin is a graduate of Kings College Cambridge. He is the son of Graham Percy, a noted illustrator. In 2007, for his work with Sir Ian McKellen, Martin was nominated for a BAFTA British Academy Award[1] and a Broadband Emmy[2]. He was nominated for a Webby for best use of video in 2006 for his work for Tracey Emin[3]. He has received multiple Webby honorees[4] among other awards and nominations[5][6]. His interactive video pieces are integral to Tate Tracks, a marketing campaign for the Tate Gallery which won a Gold Lion in 2007 at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival[7].
