Martin Duffy was an Irish soccer player during the 1980s and 1990s.

Duffy was a full back and midfielder who represented Athlone Town F.C. and Bohemian F.C. during his career in the League of Ireland. He signed for Bohemians in 1987.

He made 2 appearances in European competition for Bohemians.
