Martín Darío Leiva (born April 23, 1980) in Buenos Aires, Argentina is an Argentine basketball player. He is 210 cm tall and plays the center position. His career is as follows:

1998-01: Ferro Carril Oeste, LNB (Argentina)

2001-07: Boca Juniors, LNB (Argentina)

2007-: Autocid Ford Burgos, LEB (Spain)
