MarketPay Associates, LLC was founded in the year 2000 as an independent compensation consulting firm. Staffed by former consultants from the major human resources consulting firms, we provided compensation program design services to organizations in a variety of industries.
In 2001, we launched www.marketpay.com as a portal to the salary surveys we conducted and began the development of our On-line Market Pricing System. In 2002, AARP beta-tested the first MarketPay site, and later that year we launched our first production sites for AARP, Freddie Mac, Verizon Wireless, and Inova Health System.
From 2003 to 2008, nationwide implementations of the MarketPay system have grown to over 140 client sites. We discontinued all consulting work and now focus all of our efforts on the development and support of our Online Market Pricing System.
