Mark McGregor (born February 16, 1977) is an English football central defender currently without a club.
Chester-born McGregor started off as a trainee for Wrexham before moving to Burnley on a free transfer. McGregor made 53 appearances before moving to Blackpool, where he made 59 appearances before moving to Port Vale in 2006, before being released on 14 April 2008.
