Mark G. Flanagan (born February, 1963) in Newton, Massachusetts.
Flanagan previously served as a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. It should also be noted that he currently lives in Brandenton, Florida with his family.[1]

He attended the University of Florida, and graduated from the University of San Francisco in 1985 with a BA in US History.
