Mark Duncan (born April 15, 1966 Shelby, North Carolina) is an American musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. After an initial period of performing and producing bands in the mountains of NC (The Breathing Method, High Five, Delta Nine), he relocated to Chapel Hill, NC where he quickly founded Dread34 with Tom Szypulski.

Dread34 created a large underground following but never achieved the kind of success the band wanted. So Mark left in 2003 to pursue MaJe, a progressive/pop band fronted by Jeff Pflaumbaum who is now residing in Boston, MA and the leader of the rock orchestra Wings of Fire Orchestra. MaJe released one CD to critical acclaim but the band dissolved shortly afterwards due to Pflaumbaum being accepted to the Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Mark is also a Director and Producer of motion pictures for his company guerilla-pictures.
