Mark Piers Dixon (born Westminster, London, England 17 November 1962) is an English management consultant.

Mark Dixon was educated at Eton. After early advertising experience with Charles Barker (1980-1983), he worked for Charles Street Securities in New York City, an M&A boutique which specialised in the insurance sector. He also owned a management consulting practice in Russia and Eastern Europe, as well as a series of M&A database products and newsletters.

He founded the1, a M&A advisory firm in 1998, which works globally and specialises in people business transactions. He is currently a director.

He is a great-grandson of Winston Churchill, a former Prime Minister and several of his relatives have also entered politics.
