Mark Ballou

Mark Ballou (born October 12, 1971 in New York City) is an American voice actor, best remembered for voicing Rotor the Walrus in Sonic the Hedgehog in the show's 1st season (1993-1994). He was replaced by Cam Brainard in Season 2.
