Marina Bay, Abu Dhabi

Marina Bay is new construction project in Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island. The developer is Damac Properties. This building will have 24 floors and 3 podium. It will be part of the Marina Square development area. It is expected to be completed in 2012. It is a lease hold property which means rents are capped at 99 years.
