Marietta High School (MHS) is a public high school in the Marietta City Schools system in Marietta, Georgia. The school colors are blue and white and its mascot is a blue devil.

Marietta High School was established in 1892 and currently has over 1,897 students in grades 9-12. The current site for MHS was first open to students in the fall of 2001.
Marietta High School was ranked in the top 5% of U.S. high schools according to a Newsweek report in 2006.[1]

Marietta High School provides a wide range of educational opportunities from merit level, advanced placement, and International Baccalaureate courses, to the Youth Apprenticeship Program, work study programs, and the Executive Internship program. MHS also offers an ESOL program as well as an Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program.[2]
The MHS International Baccalaureate Diploma curriculum consists of six subject groups which students study for the entirety of their four high school years:
- World Literature - HL
- World Languages - French, German, and Spanish - HL and SL
- Individuals and Societies - History - HL
- Experimental Sciences - Biology, Chemistry - SL
- Math - Math Studies, Math Standard Level, and Mathematics Higher Level
- Arts and SL, Latin, Music, and Theatre Arts - HL

The average SAT score was 1050, with an average math score of 525, and verbal score of 525.[3]

- Baseball
- Basketball: Marietta High School's basketball program is one of the most successful in the state of Georgia, winning state championships in 1983 and 1999.[4] Coach Charlie Hood has led the Blue Devils since 1972, accumulating over 700 wins (with only two losing seasons) and producing scores of college and professional players.[5][6]
- Cross Country: Boys region runner up 2006. 10th place finish at state meet. Best Finish in school history. The team was led by seniors Scott Bolch, Phillip Robertson, Andrew Schwartz, and Alex Boy; sophomores Obiandu Igwe, Frank Vanvalkenburg, and Mark Hirons; and freshman Andrew Nelson.
- Football: The Marietta High School football team won the state championship in 1967 with several district and regional championships between 1921 and 2005. MHS football is played in the historic Northcutt Stadium at the previous Marietta High School location located on Polk Street in Marietta.

- Marching Blue Devil Band
- Soccer: Boys returned to the State Playoffs in the 2006 and 2007 season after a 25 year absence. Girls have had a turn around with Coach Bill Perry taking the reigns with multiple trips to state playoffs including his first season. Boys Coach Andy Boyle Also led his first team to the state playoffs

- Tennis
- Track and Field: The team won the boys state championship in 2006 and was runner up in 2005 and 2007. Also had state championship wins in 2000 and 2001. Have been first or second in their region consistently in recent years.

- Swimming: The swim team has taken a men's and women's team to the state meet for the past 5 seasons.
