Marian Spencer is a student who lives in Singapore. She has been a voiceover actress for anime since she was twelve years old. Her characters are dubbed from Japanese to English. Her most well-known characters are Chitto from Fantastic Children, Tetsu from Hiwo Senki, and Anju from Karin.
