Maria Fowler (born 15 August 1986, Derby) is an English lingerie and glamour model.

Maria is regularly featured in UK publications and has worked as a presenter on daytime television show Party People.

Maria was born as Maria Catherine Fowler and brought up in Derby, England. Her secondary school was Littleover Community School. Her mother and Father are both English. Maria has an older brother Graham.

Her decision to start modeling came after sending photos to men's magazine Zoo Weekly and to her surprise, the magazine invited her into their studios for a photo shoot. Within weeks she began appearing in major men's magazines in the UK (topless modelling). It was at this time that she decided to pursue modelling as a career.^[1]

Maria has appeared in FHM, Maxim, Nuts, Front, Zoo Weekly^[2], That's Life, Max Power, Fast Car, and Ice magazines as well as The Star and The Daily Mirror newspapers. ^[3]

Maria worked for Cellcast as a presenter on the daytime show Party People between December and March (2007-8) aired on Freeview and SKY Television.

Maria was [by the Sun newspaper] rumoured to be a contestant on the BBC3 show Upstaged ^[4]

As Maria's career has developed her personal life has remained very much in the shadows with her relationship with then Derby County - now - Shrewsbury Town footballer James Meredith this being made public in FHM magazine and later the Daily Mirror newspaper.

After their breakup in July 2007, Maria has remained single (despite links with UK breakthrough artist Pierre Lewis) and is a regular on the London West End Party Scene and has been spotted partying with fellow models in clubs such as 'Embassy and 'Funky Buddah'^[6]
