Mari Hamada (actress)

Mari Hamada (濱田マリ) (born December 27th 1968, at Hyogo, Japan) is a japanese singer and actress, not to be confused with another japanese singer homonym: Mari Hamada (浜田麻里), more famous abroad. She played in numerous movies and drama in Japan, and released two solo albums and solo singles in the 90's, after being the singer of nippon band "Modern Choki Chokies". She was also the singer of the japanese "unit" (temporary band) "Unknown Soup & Spice" in 2003.
