The Margarita Ball is a charity event hosted by The Dallas Margarita Society. The event, which is entering its 32nd year, is the world's largest black-tie invite only gala in the world. It occupies 3 floors of The Adam's Mark Hotel in Downtown Dallas. The "Party With a Purpose" is held to benefit the Dallas Children's Charities. To date over $3,000,000 in toys and donations have been collected to help at-risk children that might not otherwise receive anything for Christmas. Over $400,000 in 2006 alone. 10,000+ people were in attendance at the 31st ball held on November 10th, 2007.
