Margaret Conlon

Margaret Conlon (Irish: Mairéad Uí Chonluain) (born September 17, 1967) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. She is currently a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cavan-Monaghan constituency. She was elected in the 2007 general election.

She lives in Lough Egish in County Monaghan with her husband Séamus and their three children. Conlon is Chairperson of Monaghan Comhairle Dáil Ceanntair and Secretary of South Monaghan Comhairle Ceanntair. She was Deputy Principal of St Louis Secondary School in Monaghan Town. She was a founding member of the Fianna Fáil Cumann in NUI Maynooth and was a member of the National Executive from 1986 to 1988.
