Marco Sullivan (born 27 April 1980 in Truckee, California[2] ) is an alpine skier from the United States. He appeared in the 2006 Winter Olympics, and has won one World Cup race, on January 26 2008 in Chamonix, France.

Sullivan's first raced in the World Championships in 2003, where he finished 17th and 24th in the Super G and Downhill races respectively. [2]

Since making his World Cup in December 2001, Sullivan has won one race, on January 26, 2008 in a Downhill race in Chamonix in France[2]. He missed two seasons from 2004 and 2005 due to a knee injury[3]

Sullivan, 27 and in his ninth season on the U.S. Ski Team, got his first World Cup top-3 Nov. 24 when he was second on a good-for-gliders course at Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies. He won the renowned Kandahar downhill in Chamonix in 2:00.11, ahead of Swiss skier Didier Cuche.[4]

Sullivan was the Downhill champion at the U.S. Alpine Championships in 2007 in the Alyeska Resort in Alaska. In this race he beat second-place Erik Fisher by more than a second.[5]
