Marcellus High School is a public high school in Onondaga County, New York, United States. It is located in Marcellus, New York on the same campus as Marcellus Central School District's Middle and Elementary Schools. Approximately 700 students attend the high school with over 65 teachers and staff members.

There are about 95 courses offered at the high school with the option of doing other programs off site. Some courses are offered through colleges/universities for dual credit. Some Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered. Marcellus does not participate in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Language courses include Spanish and French. Inquiries about a Japanese course have been made.
