Though the image is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution screenshot of a television show (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
2. it is being used only for informational purposes, and not for profit or personal gain.
3. it is used only once in the article, and it illustrates the text next to which it appears.
4. it does not limit the copyright holder's ability to sell or market its product.
5. No freely available images in the public domain have been located for this item.
