Made some edits:

Changed 1st line as the matador confronts the bull, not another matador in a bullfight

Changed the last line as the English usage of the phrase has nothing to do with the term 'melee', added English phrases that most closely correspond to the term. --Lepeu1999 16:28, 21 November 2005 (UTC)

However, according to the Real Academia, the expression is used to make it clear that in the bullfight there are only two fighter competing against each other (actúan solo dos diestros en competencia). User:Ejrrjs says What? 22:24, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

I believe that is what I said above. The spanish text refers to 2 fighters - the bull and the matador--Lepeu1999 20:37, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
