If he wants to play, sure. If what you mean is whether he has to sign by a certain date or he can't play next year at all, no; he can sign pretty much any time. RGTraynor 00:52, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Shoots: Left?

I noticed it said he 'shoots left' which is basically just saying hes left handed. Since he holds the stick with his right hand, shouldn't it be Shoots: Right? In NHL 06 if you're a right handed goalie, it says you shoot left. If you're left handed, it says you shoot right. Its just going by what hand the stick is in. Since this is a video game, and I have no idea what is right or wrong, I'm going to leave it as is until someone has a more in-depth input. Izz0Lite 19:08, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

Key word - "shoots". The side of your body the blade of the stick is on when you shoot the puck (the side you shoot on) is how you determine what way a player (skater or goalie) shoots. There's no debate, numerous sources show Manny shoots left. --Quartet 03:17, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

Numerous goalies would flip the stick over to shoot. I'm just asking if Wikipedia is the same as NHL 06, because I have high ignorance on this topic. When it says Shoots: Left for a goalie, does that imply hes right handed? Izz0Lite 03:21, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

It doesn't matter - the side of your body you shoot the puck on is the side your listed as shooting on. There's no hard and fast rule that links a left or right handed person with the side they shoot on. You can be right handed and shoot right, or shoot left. Many righties shoot left - but that's not always the case. --Quartet 03:45, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

I've seen on the NHLPA website that Legace is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, which this entry agrees with. Blues website says 5'10". And I just heard a sportscaster say he's 5'8". Can anyone verify how tall this guy is, and cite their source?
