[edit] Copyvio
Now that hopefully all the copyvio stuff has been removed, we can work on expanding the article. Crazy how almost the whole article was copyvio... I sure hope that Forests paragraph isn't violating copyright too! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Somno (talk • contribs) 02:13, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- I forgot to sign my earlier post, what a dummy. Anyway, thankfully the Forests part isn't copyvio so it can stay; all the copyvio stuff was added by Silverhorse in January 2006. And it's all cleaned up, so that's good news! I'm going to search around for more info to add to the article - suggestions are very welcome! Somno (talk) 03:42, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

- You're doing a great job expanding and sourcing this article. I particularly like the cherry spitting festival, which has potential as a DYK candidate if the "hook" can be teased out a little. I'll add anything I can find but there's not much to add after your hard work so far. Euryalus (talk) 04:41, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

- Thanks, I'm trying my best. :) There's a chestnut festival too, but I'm having trouble finding a good citation for that. I live in Perth, so might need to take you up on that suggestion JAW when there's a bit more space for photos. I think I'm in for a trip to the library soon, since I'm also working on the related articles for Fonty's Pool and Deanmill, Western Australia, and they need more expansion too.
