Talk:Manchester (town), Vermont
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
manchester is the little gold town of southern vermont. that means the tourist population of manchester is often larger than the number of full time residents. thats ok. we dont mind. if vermont has to be forced into becoming like the rest of america, then atleast the consumerism is only focused on a few spots; they stem the flood of tourists from changing the rest of the state. the only casualty of this "target tourism" has been killington, where all the tourists who have bought property in killington have voted to seceed from vermont and into new hampshire so that they can benefit from NH's tax laws. i shake my head at them.
uhhhh....super. Anyway, where did that aerial photo/from a mountain go? It was gorgeous! Mjl0509 16:54, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
