Jesus Christ Pak21, give it a rest. It is one of the largest websites for info on Man O' War. I am not going to copy and paste everything I have there here, so let the visitors see whatever isn't posted on Wikipedia. ~KTG

[edit] Lord Of The Rings mention

Does the fact that Lord of the Rings has a few fan-made naval models really have anything to do with Man O' War? Personally I don't think so. In an article about naval wargames, maybe (although even then debatable since such models are not official). But the models have absolutely no connection to the game this article is about, and as such I'm removing that part until someone can come up with a good reason to put it back in. The rules for Man O'War were adapted for the Lord of the Rings ships in Games Workshop's magazine White Dwarf [1]; the adapted rules are official, even if the ships aren't (note that ship-building guides were released in WD), and it was my belief that articles that deal with wargames concern the rules before the models. --Grimhelm 13:58, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

The question is though, does the article (or any in White Dwarf) specifically say the rules were from Man O'War? I can't find a mention in the article you link to, though there may well be one of course. I'm not disputing the point, but this article is specifically about Man O'War, and the only reason to put something in is if it relates specifically to that. If it does then fair enough. Apologies, I confused Man O'War with the Warhammer Boat rules found in the Warhammer supplement - The General Compendium, from which All at Sea is adapted. Your original suggestion of removing it is appropriate. --Grimhelm 17:35, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

It implies that a possibility was the latter and not the former, meaning that nonexistant races would have seafaring abilities. It's either they existed but werent seafaring, or they didn't exist.
