Manuele Mori (born September 8, 1980 in Empoli) is an Italian professional road bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Saunier Duval-Prodir. He has been with the Spanish squad since 2004, having started his career with Perutnina Ptuj-KRKA Telekom in 2002. His best placing in 2006 was second in stage 7 of the 2006 Eneco Tour of Benelux. In 2007, he won the Japan Cup.
