Manitoba has 11 Regional Health Authorities, including the City of Winnipeg. Within each of these RHA's are numerous ambulance services operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These stations provide emergency medical services to the people in their community.

The Central Regional Health Authority has 14 ambulance services in the area, and are dispatched via a relatively new dispatching system through 911 to MTCC.
