Manchester is a station on Metro's Harbor Transitway. The station is a side platform in the median of Interstate 110, the Harbor Freeway at its overcrossing of Manchester Avenue. The entrance to the station is provided by stairs and elevators under the freeway. This station has a 127 space park and ride lot.
