Mancetter is a village and civil parish in the North Warwickshire district of Warwickshire, England. In 2001, it had a population of 2,449.

Mancetter is joined with the town of Atherstone, with which it forms a single urban area. The village is built on a rocky outcrop overlooking the River Anker, and is on the site of a former Roman settlement called Manduessedum, "once one of the Primary Cities of Britain….now a solitary village” (Nichols, p. 1033-4)

Mancetter medieval church was originally thatched or provided with a stone roof. It was appropriated to the monastery of Merevale around the time of Henry VI. John Nichols records that Harrington Drayton had the advowson in 1662.
