Management 2.0 is the name given to certain ""management"" practices derived from the creation of a whole punch of collaboration tools through the internet (i.e. blogs, wikis, etc.). Most current organizations have management behaviors that have been developed under a non collaborative and usually hierarchical environment, and now are affected with new technologies and collaboration habits that while improving performance, represents a significant challenge for those familiar and comfortable with organizational boundaries and report chains.
