Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Daniel_1700) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a film;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the fiom in any way;
• it illustrates the film in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
