Though I am an employee in the Municipal Government of Mamburao, it does not follow that I always go with whatever Mayor Panaligan's style of leadership and management. But it is very noticeable that despite the previous municipal administration failure to reconstruct the municipal building that the latter did demolish, the present leadership did it in his way together with the incumbent members of the Sangguniang Bayan to at least reconstruct the said demolished building despite of budgetary constraints; amidst the roars and thunders of the sovereign electorate, and despite the continued defense of Mayor Panaligan against the still unsettled issue before the Ombudsman maliciously filed by his Vice-Mayor, Villanueva.124.217.3.210 02:47, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
