[edit] History of the company

I've scanned google and not been able, yet, to come up with start and end dates for the company. It seems to have had its equipment installed in trams and tramways worldwide, so there must be some more stuff.

I think it withered in the mid 1970s on the retirement of A W (Bill) Maley (the son of the similarly initialled founder?). I have no idea what happened to Taunton or the original (probably) A W. Fiddle Faddle 15:58, 4December 2007 (UTC)
