Malta competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, Korea. Malta participated in archery, judo, sailing and wrestling. The best result was that of Jean Paul Fleri Soler, who though racing on a new board, finished 35th out of 45th competitors in the men's sailboard competition.
