Mall of India is a planned shopping mall based in Gurgaon, India. When completed, it will cover an area of 4,500,000-square-foot (418,100 m²), making it the largest mall ever built in India.[1]
The mall is being developed by DLF Universal. It will be located on the NH-8 highway right at the Delhi - Gurgaon border, near the existing Ambi Mall. It will be spread over 32 acres (129,500 m²) and will have parking space for 10,000 cars.[2] The mall is due to be open for shoppers by the end of 2009.
