Malianteo is a sub-genre of Reggaeton. It is a fusion of Reggaeton, Rap, Hip Hop and Rapcore. It's lyrics tend to deal with violence, drugs, street wars, gangs, etc. Most of the songs are non-danceable, which mimics that of rap. Some famous songs are:
