Malgun Gothic (맑은 고딕) is a Korean typeface part of the new suite of fonts that come with Microsoft Windows Vista. It is a sans-serif and gothic font aimed at replacing Gulim and New Gulim as the default system font for Windows Vista on Korean systems. Malgun Gothic was jointly developed by Sandoll Communications and Microsoft and is currently available with Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. The font has received wide acclaim from Korean users.
