Malacomys is a genus of rodent in the Muridae family. It contains the following species:
- Cansdale's Swamp Rat (Malacomys cansdalei)
- Edward's Swamp Rat (Malacomys edwardsi)
- Big-eared Swamp Rat (Malacomys longipes)
